We are looking for “roll-up your sleeves,” recruitment professional that has experience recruiting candidates at the professional. Critical skills include the ability to direct source candidates, identify the key components and spirit inherent in the ideal profile and communicate directly with our client. Passive candidate recruiting experience is a must.
Candidates for this position must possess:
- At least 1-3 years direct recruiting experience
- Quantifiable track record as a top performing recruiter/recruiment assistant/etc.
- Experience meeting and exceeding quotas and service level agreements
- Strong initiative and the ability to successfully recruit for multiple openings simultaneously
- Comfort and confidence in tapping a wide range of outlets—by phone and online—to source prospective candidates
- Bachelor’s or higher degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
