Patrick Beharelle
Chief Executive OfficerPatrick Beharelle is the Chief Executive Officer for SeatonCorp, a best-in-class staffing and recruiting company that operates under the PeopleScout, Staff Management, and StudentScout brands. SeatonCorp has over 25,000 employees and was recently recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 Job Creator in America, among privately held companies. Patrick has helped oversee revenue growth of nearly 70% since becoming CEO in 2009. He has been a featured speaker at several key talent acquisition industry events, a regular contributor to industry publications and is a recognized thought leader in the talent acquisition space. Prior to joining SeatonCorp, Patrick held senior level positions at Spherion and Accenture, and was President and Co-Founder of a successful, venture-backed financial services provider.
Patrick received his MBA degree from The Wharton School.
Doug Black
Chief Financial OfficerDoug joined SeatonCorp as the Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and leads the company's accounting/finance, tax, payroll, treasury, human resources and risk management functions.
Doug is a highly experienced financial executive with over twenty years of diverse industry experience and demonstrated results in change management, possessing keen business savvy from his background in turnaround environments.
Doug was previously the V.P. of Finance at UGN, Inc., a tier 1 supplier to the Japanese transplant automotive industry. He also held managerial positions at Bradley Printing, Rand McNally and A.T. Kearney. Doug holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Towson University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Allison Brigden
Vice President, Implementation and TechnologyAllison has been with PeopleScout for 14 years. During this time, she has had a wealth of experience in implementing and managing complex RPO engagements. She also has accountability for PeopleScout's technology, managing the development and maintenance for PeopleScout's proprietary ATS.
Allison has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah.
Laurie Harms
Vice President of Business DevelopmentLaurie brings 15 years of industry knowledge in staffing and marketing to her role as business development leader. She has previous leadership experience managing teams, and cultivating large scale solutions and managed services on a national level. Her team is responsible for cultivating new business and articulating client needs and PeopleScout solutions.
Laurie attended Indiana University with a focus in Communications.
Alison Kassel
Chief Information OfficerAlison Kassel is the Chief Information Officer for SeatonCorp with over 26 years of experience. She is a versatile business technology leader, with experience in developing strategies, transforming organizations, and delivering solutions enabling organizations to achieve their strategic and operating plan objectives.
Prior to joining SeatonCorp, Alison has held significant IT roles for highly respected organizations such as U.S. Cellular, Motorola, McDonalds, Cap Gemini, and Andersen Consulting.
Alison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and has completed Executive Education programs at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and is a Certified Change Agent.
Andy Roane
Vice President, Account OperationsWith more than 12 years of human capital industry experience, Andy has led sales and operations teams for some of the industry leaders in Internet recruiting and RPO businesses. An accomplished strategist and industry veteran, Andy is responsible for client relationships, performance, and operational excellence. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Andy was the managing partner of a sales recruiting firm and VP of Sales and Operations for Monster.com
Andy has a Bachelor's degree from Lake Forest College.
Gerry Sullivan
Vice President, Solution DesignAs the leader of solutions development, Gerry works closely with team members to ensure the program maps specifically to the SLAs and KPIs agreed upon from the outset. Gerry has worked at PeopleScout for more than 14 years and has launched many of the major RPO programs.
Gerry has a Bachelor's degree from Lake Forest College.
Taryn Owen
Senior Vice President, Global OperationsTaryn Owen brings an extensive background in operational and process excellence with more than 13 years of talent acquisition and RPO experience. In her role of Senior Vice President of Global Operations at PeopleScout, Taryn is responsible for developing client relationships, driving service delivery excellence and partnering to design, implement and deliver solutions globally. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Taryn was an Operations Director at SourceRight Solutions where she managed global RPO engagements.
Taryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations and Management from Mid America Nazarene University.
Jessie Ostergard McGowan
Vice President, Account OperationsJessie Ostergard McGowan has 12 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition and leading successful professional services teams with a focus on the precision delivery of client-focused solutions.
Since joining PeopleScout, Jessie has led multiple high-volume recruitment solutions and implementations including call center, insurance claims, transportation, and retail sales roles, as well as supporting multiple projects benefiting the City of Chicago. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Jessie worked as recruiting consultant for Microsoft Corporation after spending 4 years leading the Chicago office of Robert Half Technology.
Jessie has a B.A. in Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
