SEATONCORP PARTNERS WITH LEEDS WELD & CO.
Chicago, IL - July 2005 - SeatonCorp, the parent company of Staff Management and PeopleScout, today announced that the Company and Leeds Weld & Co., the New York-based private equity firm, have entered into a financial partnership with Leeds Weld making a significant investment in SeatonCorp.
