Chicago, IL - September 15, 2005 - PeopleScout, the leading provider of outsourced candidate screening and processing solutions, announced that President Denise Foy will speak at the International Call Center Management (ICCM) Conference & Exhibition, being held from September 25 to 28 in Las Vegas. Foy will speak on identifying, hiring and keeping agents on Tuesday, September 27, at 2:35 p.m. and will be available for discussions before and after her talk.

Denise Foy joined PeopleScout, a national provider of candidate processing services for some of America's largest call centers, as president when the company was formed in 1992. In this role, she oversees the operations of a 250-plus-seat call center that specializes in screening and processing call center candidates. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Foy launched and served as the CEO for Original Research, a call center company providing satisfaction survey services. Foy has more than 20 years of experience in operational management at the executive level and has focused her career on developing strategies for employee acquisition and retention.
