Privacy Policy
This Web site is the responsibility of SeatonCorp. ("SeatonCorp"). SeatonCorp can be contacted by mail at 860 West Evergreen Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60622, by phone at (312) 915-0900, or by e-mail at hr@seatoncorp.com. The Web server on which this Web site is housed is owned and maintained by SeatonCorp. The following policies apply to www.seatoncorp.com.

1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors
SeatonCorp automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to SeatonCorp's Web site, (2) the personal information visitors voluntarily provide, such as name, company, title, street address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address; and (3) user-specific information on what pages visitors access. SeatonCorp does not place Internet cookies on visitors' hard drives. Internet cookies save the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by SeatonCorp. Visitors may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.

2. Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by SeatonCorp will be used by SeatonCorp for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product development, for content improvement, and to customize content and layout of SeatonCorp's site. Data on visitors' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to SeatonCorp's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.

3. How does SeatonCorp Protect Customer Information?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Such measures include storing all data in a locked and guarded facility. Access to personal data is protected by passwords through the SeatonCorp administration facilities.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
SeatonCorp will not obtain visitor's consent before posting collected data on SeatonCorp's Web site, or sharing, renting, selling, or otherwise disclosing data to third parties. Any third party to which SeatonCorp shares, rents, sells, or otherwise discloses personal data will be carefully pre-screened by SeatonCorp, determined by SeatonCorp to be reputable, and will use the personal data for marketing products and services which SeatonCorp determines, in its sole judgment, that visitors might find of interest. SeatonCorp will disclose to third parties only information knowingly and voluntarily disclosed by visitors.

5. Opt-Out Page
Visitors may opt out of having their personal information collected by SeatonCorp, used by SeatonCorp for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties or used by SeatonCorp or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor, by contacting SeatonCorp.

6. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, SeatonCorp will provide to visitors a summary of any personal information retained by SeatonCorp regarding the visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from SeatonCorp's database. SeatonCorp will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.

7. Collection of Personal Data from Children
SeatonCorp's Web site is not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 18. SeatonCorp does not collect or post information from children under the age of 13 ("children"). In the event that SeatonCorp did collect or post information from children, it would not do so without their parent's or guardian's consent. SeatonCorp does not and will not provide any personally identifying information collected from children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. In the event a child submits information to SeatonCorp's Web site, the child's parent or guardian will receive an e-mail alerting them to the child's registration and providing instructions on how the parent could delete the child's registration, if so desired. Children are not allowed to participate in contests. No information collected from children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside SeatonCorp. SeatonCorp encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children.

8. SeatonCorp's Right to Contact User
SeatonCorp reserves the right to contact site visitors regarding privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site visitors.
