Our Approach. Given the difficulty in attracting qualified candidates, especially in challenging markets, PeopleScout recommends clients recruit and interview continuously. When a requisition is opened, the Hiring Manager interview schedule is established. Once qualified candidates are identified and assessed, they are immediately scheduled to the next event in the hiring process. If there are no current openings, candidates are placed in the pipeline for future employment opportunities. When new openings occur, PeopleScout will initially look to the pre-qualified pipeline for potential candidates to fill hiring needs and minimize sourcing costs.
