PeopleScout is uniquely positioned to address your specific technology needs. Although we have extensive experience working in our clients’ applicant tracking system (ATS), we also have a proprietary ATS platform that we have developed internally over the course of the past 19 years.

PeopleScout’s ATS functionality is flexible and has been enhanced through our passion for developing innovative processes that drive optimal efficiency. Our clients have a strong voice in shaping the future direction of our systems.

Many organizations utilize PeopleScout’s recruiting support for specific skill categories while leveraging the ATS platform for all of its positions – even those that the client’s internal recruiters are focused on filling.

The ATS has a web-based client interface that is fueled by an Oracle database. PeopleScout utilizes Crystal reporting tools to develop its extensive reporting and analytical capabilities.
