Convincing Them to Change

I was at a conference this week. One of the speakers had us do a test. He had us partner up. One person put out their hand as if to say “stop.” The other made a fist and put it into the outstretched hand of the other. Then the person with the fist was told to push as hard as they could. Can you guess what happened?  The first person pushed back, generally creating a statement, so to speak.
