Giving Employees Purpose

It’s a given that the success of a company is only as solid as the people they employ. We all care about hiring and retaining the best and the brightest. What is it that makes people stay with a company?  Pay and benefits are obviously a part of it, but that alone is not enough to inspire an employee to stay.
