As Vice President of MSP Client Delivery, Candace develops partnerships with global MSP Client Delivery leaders while creating operational efficiencies, driving transformative change and overall solution design to help organizations achieve their talent acquisition goals. Candace is a passionate leader with more than 23 years of experience in human capital management including staffing, MSP, RPO and VMS consulting, dedicating the past ten years specifically to the MSP space. Prior to joining PeopleScout in 2019, Candace led multiple teams under Allegis Global Solutions where she held a variety of leadership roles over her two decades with the company. Candace works out of Annapolis, MD, where she lives with her husband and two sons.
