Sumi is helping to revolutionize the way PeopleScout connects customers with workers, through the innovative use of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Sumi drives thought leadership, builds and executes the company’s vision for realizing the power of data, and specializes in AI/ML maturity, predictive and casual analysis and modeling. She joined PeopleScout in 2021. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Machine Larning Engineer and Technical Lead for a Fortune 200 company. Sumi has a Ph.D. in computer science with a focus on machine learning and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA for AI leadership.
