Leading from Context

Lots of good stuff here. It’s so easy to think we can just check off the traits or skills that make someone a good leader. And yet, that ignores the context we’re operating in.The point I take away is that it’s possible, in different contexts, to be successful as a collaborative leader as well as a directive leader.
