Why do you still need a four year degree to get a job?

How interesting that E&Y is making this move. I am excited to see that top companies are continuing to check their assumptions and use evidence to make hiring decisions.This will open up their talent pools and should have others wondering if they need to change in order to keep up.Will this start a new trend? Universities must keep their eye on this if they wish to keep charging a premium for the traditional degree programs. I am interested to see how this works how and where they find talent.
