CHICAGO, September 21, 2015 — PeopleScout has earned one of the highest rankings for customer service among recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firms according to the 2015 edition of HRO Today Magazine’s annual Baker’s Dozen list, the company announced today. PeopleScout, one of the world’s largest RPO providers, was ranked second worldwide in overall score through feedback from buyers and achieved the top score for breadth of service.

The Baker’s Dozen list from HRO Today Magazine ranks RPO providers based on confidential surveys given to 900 HR executives who represent a broad spectrum of RPO buyers. The survey ranked 23 RPO providers according to pre-determined and weighted indexes, including breadth of services, size of the programs managed, and the quality of service provided. PeopleScout’s overall score was less than four-tenths of a point out of the leading position.
