Trisha Gajjar
Head of HR EMEA
Trisha joined PeopleScout in 2022 and leads HR and Learning & Development teams in the UK. In her role, she works closely with leaders across EMEA and our global organization to lead people programs and create strategies that drive employee engagement and performance. Trisha advises leaders across PeopleScout on organizational design, leadership development and succession programs—all in alignment with our overall business priorities. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Trisha spent 10 years at Alpha Plus Group as their Head of HR, supporting the Group’s HR strategic plans and organizational change. She holds a bachelor’s with honors in Business Management from Royal Holloway University of London, a master’s in marketing, from the University of Nottingham, and is Chartered MCIPD in Human Resources. Trisha lives in London with her spouse and two young children.
