Jessie McGowan

Jessie McGowan has been with PeopleScout since 2009, where she started leading client engagements, growing into portfolio leadership and then Business Development. Today, as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Jessie leads our North American sales team. In addition to leading the day-to-day efforts of an agile sales team in a metrics-driven environment, she partners with leaders across the business to develop high volume and specialty recruiting programs that address the changing talent acquisition landscape. Jessie’s areas of expertise include recruiting, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), client development, account leadership, recruitment technology and tools, and enterprise sales. Jessie started her career in finance before transitioning to staffing and recruiting and building her career at PeopleScout. She began her tenure here leading an account portfolio, then helped develop Recruiter on Demand as a service offering and is now responsible for portfolio growth. Jessie is passionate about helping companies leverage the power of technology, process, and employer brand to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
