Jaci is a Vice President of Client Delivery and has been with PeopleScout for 14 years. With a strong foundation in full lifecycle recruitment, Jaci brings extensive experience leading complex, high-impact RPO programs across a range of industries. In her role, she is responsible for driving client satisfaction, revenue growth and operational performance, while building and developing high-performing delivery teams. Known for her consultative approach and proactive problem-solving, Jaci partners closely with clients to design and implement effective talent strategies that align with their business goals. Prior to joining PeopleScout, she spent seven years with Spherion as a Recruiting Manager.
