As Client Services & Delivery Director, Kieron McDaid oversees the Client Services & High-Volume RPO division across the EMEA region. Kieron leads a team of Client Directors and Operations Managers to deliver innovative, scalable RPO solutions, responsible for growth and expansion, operational excellence and client satisfaction. In his previous role at PeopleScout, he was deployed client-side to lead the talent attraction and delivery strategy for HS2’s Commercial & Procurement Directorate.
With over 12 years of talent acquisition experience prior to joining PeopleScout, Kieron has worked across both agency and in-house environments, where he led specialist & high-volume recruitment delivery, strategic workforce planning and driving transformational change programs. Kieron is based in Solihull, England, where he lives with his wife and two sons.
