Malika joined PeopleScout in 2021 bringing a wealth of experience to our team, poised to drive innovation and shape our product strategy. As Director of Product Management & CX, she oversees PeopleScout’s proprietary technology in the APAC region, Springboard. Malika is responsible for leading the product and customer experience function and managing the delivery of technology solutions for RPO and SaaS customers globally. With a deep-seated passion for unravelling customer challenges and guiding them towards effective solution, Malika is a driving force behind our commitment to customer-centricity. Malika brings extensive product management and HR Tech expertise—over the last decade, Malika has led global product portfolios in the HR tech space, helping customers attract, develop and retain talent. Malika is a trusted ally to PeopleScout’s clients, helping them navigate the ever-evolving landscape of HR technology and ensuring that our solutions empower them to overcome their unique talent challenges. Malika resides in the vibrant city of Melbourne, Australia with her husband and loving canine companion Thor.
