Nicola Sanders
Client Service and Delivery Director
In to her current role of Client Service and Delivery Director, Nicola Sanders leads PeopleScout EMEA’s Specialist Division where she is responsible for ensuring expansion and growth, optimising operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of RPO and sourcing led services across the UK, EMEA and globally. Previously, she has held positions at PeopleScout as a Recruitment Operations Manager and went on to become an Account Director responsible for multi-country account leadership, growth and strategic direction for a diverse portfolio of global brands and public sector organisations within specialist and high-volume RPO delivery.
Prior to joining Peoplescout Nicola worked at Sevenstep for 7 years, supporting recruitment strategy and delivery for global organisations across EMEA, APAC and North America. She also has a background in Law, having completed a LLB Law Degree and is CIPD qualified.
Nicola lives in Devon, England with her husband and cavapoo, Ted.
