As PeopleScout’s global vice president of implementation, Mark is responsible for seamlessly onboarding our customers and overseeing the implementation of RPO, MSP and Talent Advisory programs, technology and services. With more than 15 years of talent acquisition and portfolio management experience, Mark specializes in sourcing, programmatic marketing, recruiting operations, automation, change management, HR technology and project management. Mark was with PeopleScout from 2010-2019 as vice president of client delivery before leaving to join The Mom Project as their vice president of talent transformation and strategy. There he built and scaled recruiting operations and later expanded to head of operations. After his two years away, Mark is thrilled to be back with PeopleScout and leverage his experience in HR SaaS technology to understand and solution for our customers’ needs and challenges. Mark holds an MBA with an emphasis on human resources management.
