Jessie McGowan began her PeopleScout journey in 2009 as Director of Client Services, leading client engagements with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Over the years, she has held key roles in portfolio management, operations leadership, and business development, consistently driving growth and innovation. Today, as Managing Director, North America, Jessie oversees both the Sales and Client Delivery teams, uniting new client acquisition with outstanding delivery. Her leadership brings the entire client lifecycle under one strategic vision—creating a single growth engine for PeopleScout. Jessie champions a customer-focused approach, collaborating closely with leaders across the business to design tailored talent solutions that address evolving employer needs and dynamic market conditions. Jessie’s career began in finance before transitioning into staffing and recruiting and growing her career at PeopleScout. She is passionate about connecting people with meaningful work, developing internal talent, and helping organizations leverage technology, process, and employer brand to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Beyond her role at PeopleScout, Jessie serves on the HRO Today Advisory Board and completed the Wharton Chief Strategy Officer Program in 2024.
