Travis has been leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Talent Advisory Consulting partnerships for 30 years. He is a passionate champion of relationship building, accountability and people leadership. Travis has also grown into an expert in the operational ownership of complex client partnerships (whether that be start ups, first generation users of RPO, MSP or TA services, or long-term veterans of the industry). He collaborates with our global support teams across the UK, Poland, India and U.S., and his teams are primarily focused in the Manufacturing, Waste Recycling, Sustainability and Healthcare industries.
