DIRECT HIRE MODELS
The contingent search model is the most commonly used direct hire solution and is primarily designed for mid-tier and lower-level roles. The cost per hire fee is based on volume and the exclusivity of the positions. With our contingent search model, we only receive our fee once your candidate is hired.
The retained search model is primarily used for executive search and hard to fill, niche roles. With our retained search model, a portion of the fee is due upon requisition release and the remainder of the fee is due upon hire of the candidate.
